The Basic package covers 40 locations, the Standard package covers 60 locations and is our most popular option, and the Expanded package covers 80 locations for complex or high-value claims.
Can the facilities in a canvass be customized?
Yes. Each canvass is completed with the scope of the injury in mind and can be customized with preferred facilities based on your needs and assignment. Facility types include hospitals, pharmacies, urgent care and walk-in clinics, imaging and diagnostic centers, physical therapy, specialists, and chiropractors.
How long does a medical canvass take?
Standard turnaround is 3 to 5 business days. A rush option with 1 to 2 business day delivery is available. Ask us about it when you place your assignment.
